If you are new to the grief eaters, here is how it works:

They can eat your worries! 

Just write or draw your worry on a piece of paper 

and feed it into the zipper mouth.

It's time to show the latest grief eater I made.

It was given as a birthday present and well received.

New Fellow

Another birthday present was needed

so I made a little grief eater.

Spot the difference to this one.

In case a football fan needs a "worry eater".

Baby Blue Monster

This time I had a request for a monster 

to be given to a baby boy.

So I made it in blue and white

with soft eyes.

The fellow below was actually the "template"

for this one and finished already a while ago.

However, he was a birthday present

and could therefore not be shown until today ;-)

He now lives in Scotland.

It's been a while that I made one of those.

And since there was a girl's birthday coming up

I crocheted a personalised grief eater.

One more grief eater jumped off the needle:

This time with an orange heart

and flowery eyes.

Monster for Lilli

Whoever receives a grief eater 

seems to know somebody 

who needs a grief eater...

Those pals then get personalised

with the person's name

so it becomes a very special present:

Soft Eyes

This time I made a grief eater 

with soft eyes (instead of buttons).

It also got personalised with the name of the new owner

who is probably the youngest among the recipients of those pals.

Purple & White Monster

I just can't stop making them ...

I've recently written down the pattern for these grief eaters

which is now been tested by others crochet fellows.

Next Monster

They are hard to resist those little grief eaters.

This time I made a blue/green version.

A white/pink one is already hanging on the hook.

I have also been busy making other things 

in the last couple of weeks.

White Yellow Orange

I've tried to be clever and used a different technique 

to make this stripy pal. 

The aim was to save time in the production process.

Well, it turned out to be more difficult

and took much longer.

Lesson learnt.

I think I will return to making

them the "old" way, like this one.
